once you get the hang of it, fouettes are fairly easy...fairly, still hard but you get used to it so your muscles know what they are supposed to do.

so here is step by step:
#1: prep
#2: pirouette
#3: once you get about 3/4 of the way around your first pirouette, control your muscles and place your standing foots heel down and open your leg that was in passe straight to second and plie on your standing leg
#4: after you stop in the middle with your leg to the side rondejam your leg back to passe swinging yourself back to a pirouette
#5: now just keep repeating these steps.

first try for just 1...then once you get that, then try for 2, then 4, and then 6. just be patient these take time to get down.

they take lots of practice and attention to detail, so i suggest trying to find a teacher or friend in your area that can teach them to you in person.
good luck babe.

learn these first

they arnt the best things n the world but i think they are easier

A well executed fouette turn is very difficult to master. It's usually not included in class until a fairly advanced level. Do you have a clean double pirouette with a good finish? (Straight supporting leg and high demi pointe) Work on those until they're perfect and reliable. Then you need to work on the rond de jambe part of the fouette. The russian school says to open the leg directly ala second in the plie. Most teachers, me included, teach a fuller rond de jambe. Plie croise front with the right leg... the right arm in first and the left arm in second. (We're turning right here) Open the leg with a rond ala second as you turn to face front opening both arms to second. With a SNAP, arms come together to first... leg closes to passe and with a quick head spot and a 3/4 rotation you are ready to repete the plie position. For practice you can do the leg movements facing the barre. Always use a sharp head spot focusing your eyes or you won't survive multiple turns.
