subscribe to Brian Friedman. his is a mix of hip hop and contemporary though. but he's awesome. or you can check out Blake McGrath's hip hop videos. he has got a DVD out too!

dude you should just experiment iwht the music. find a fastish song by like t - pain or something and just start to move to it.
