uhh it looks like they throw their hands in the air and put one leg in front and bend the other and go down...

idk...its hard to tell its so fast and blurry haha but thats what it looks like to me. just kinda fall into a parial split and throw your hands up lol

Just throw your arms up and do the splits

ok well one its cheerleading not danceing i dont know what you wanted help on but i saw everything they did ad there wasnt one thing that actually looked like danceing . just a bunch of cheerleading. sry
