It would be best if you have an experienced person help you. First, i recommend learning the bridge from lying on your back and getting very comfortable with it making sure you're flexible enough. Then, you have 2 options. One is you stand backing the wall and walk your hands on the wall all the way to the floor. Two is you just do it very slowly. The trick is to lean forward with your knees and pelvis and at the same time you reach back with the top part of your body. This way you balance your body - your knees and pelvis are going forward while your shoulders are going back. You should always feel that you're in balance, never let yourself fall back because your arms aren't designed to catch you from falling in this position. Your weight should be fully supported by your legs al the way till you tough the floor with your hands. Only then you can transfer some weight on your arms.

You get someone to help you in person, it's not hard and is one of the only things I can still do after quitting almost 10 years ago but you're likely to hurt yourself I you don't do it with someone else there.

okay to flex your body.. 1st of all, sleep your back on the floor, your hands on the floor, each one on 1 side of your head and push ur tummy up... as high as you can and then try 2 get on ur toes so ur back will be used to the movement... if u get used to that... get some1 to help you, some1 who can catch you! move ur hands up and try 2 get back and get on the floor always hands goes the floor 1st so you wont hurt your head! the other person should suppose to help you control your body, his hands on ur back so he'll prevent you from falling! u dont have some1 else? stand a lil closer 2 a wall and start to get down by touching the wall til you reach the floor and vice versa, get up by touching the wall til you be stood up! after several practices you will used to do it without any1 around and without a wall!
