both of those are really fun. the Cha Cha Slide tells you what to do, so you don't actually have to learn anything.
the Electric Slide is pretty easy and fun, too.

Look at some of the dances from the early 60's like the Twist, the Swim, and the Mashed Potato. There is also the ever popular Chicken Dance done at many Octoberfest celebrations.
