Question:ok hereis a video that i made of my back bends on my youtube account , will u tell me some tips of how to make them better? also how i can learn to do walkovers cu i cant seem to have enough stregnth to lift my legs over

Your not that bad, just keep practicing, u've gotten the hard part down so all ya need to do is....well keep doing them! when u get reallly good u bend STRIGHT back (starting with ur hands over ur head and just falling with control!)

Be careful doing those, you can break your neck and be paralyzed for the rest of your life.

They are pretty good for just learning. When you are in the backbend try to push your chest as far forward as you can. That will help with your shoulders flexibility. I don't anything that could help with learning walkovers. Maybe you could try going to a gymnastics class or something like that.

don't immediately bend your legs.
also, your looking back like you don't know where the floor is.
take your index fingers and thumbs and make them diamond shaped.
them continuously follow them down untill you can see the floor just beyond them. maybe you could post another youtube video to show the improvement.
also, a flexible back helps, but it's not that necessary.
you can try to stretch it out a little by rocking back and forth while in a backbend.
kicking over wise, it's gonna sound nuts, but i learned on a shallow hill. stand on the side of the hill and do a back bend. then you can just rock yourself towards the bottom of the hill and kick over. you could also try it by jumping off the balls of your feet and kicking over, but that takes a lot more flexibility.

I think they are good, I can't do them, but yours are really good! =D

You need to reach your hips farther to the ceiling and they will improve....
