eveyrday practice your splits. left side, right side, adn middle. you do the left and right side by lungling, then lean back on your back leg and put your chest down to your legs, and then go down int your split as far as you can go, doing this everyday will make you more and more flexible each time. for middle split, just keep going down as far as you can and hold it for about 20 seconds. also when you do a middle split, you have to keep your knees pointed to the ceiling--everyone usually makes the mistake of twisting their knees toward the floor.

to make your back more flexible, do bridges. for the first few times, just get used to being in that position. essentually, you want to be ableto keep your arms and legs both straight. and EVENTUALLY once your flexiblitiy starts getting a lot better, try doing the bridges with your feet together (with your legs still straight. keep your head in and try to rock back and forth on your shoulders.

USE Resistant straps, get the set because they come in various sizes

back bends!!! lay down, face up. use your arms and legs to push yourself up!! excellent excersise!

you should stretch every day or do dance or gymnastics
for dance do like jazz, ballet, or lyrical trust me dance helps a lot
