salsa for sexy, samba more for workout. Tango (argentine) definitely the sexiest.

I'd say 50/50
Im a latina so I love dancing salsa and samba,
They are both pretty ubeat and sexy with the right music.

Both are cheeky, perky, fun dances and good exercise, about equal, but neither is particularly sexy except in a playful, teasing way.

I'm a ballroom girl and have more experience with Samba. That said, I think Salsa is sexier.

As to a better workout, I'd say they're pretty equal.
