Do you have to be 21 to dance at a strip club in Indianapolis?

Question:I'm wanting to dance somewhere but I'm not sure if they'll hire me because I'm 19. Also how would I go about becoming a dancer? Any information would be greatly appreciated. =)

18 or older in Indianapolis.

If you don't know already nothing here is fully nude. So it's probably alot easier for women to dance here.. oh and you're suppost to, by law, wear stickys over your nipples... although you never really see any dancer do that here.

What you need to do is head over to one of them and tell them that you are a dancer looking for a job. They will ask you what experience you have and they will set up a time for you to come in (generally in the morning or early afternoon before the clubs open) to come in and you will have to get up on stage and show the manager (or assistant manager) that you can dance.

Just as a guy who has gone to some of them you would want to go to either Brad's Gold Club or Dancers.. they are by far the nicest and most respectable.. stay away from babes and Kentucky club.

Be careful though if you're going to get into it.. first make sure you put money back so you can get out of it quick.. and second don't get involved in the wrong crowd. Alot of the clubs (minus the ones I mentioned) are just fronts and have alot of drug deals going down there and most of their strippers that you would be working with are pill poppers or jacked up on something.

it depends if the establisment serves alcohol, if they don't you can dance nude at 18 but if they do you can't perform there, since most states the legal age to buy alcohol is 21

Why don't you forget dancing and get a real job that you wouldn't be embarassed telling your family about?

No, it's 18 years of age since you are considered an adult. However you cant drink at until you are 21 =( About becoming a dancer there should be Pole Dancing classes in a city as big as Indianapolis.
