Would it be cool if i just wore running tights instead of ballet tights for ball

Question:ballet tights are made of like 100% nylon and they feel weird, plus it kinda feels like they're cutting off the circulation. we don't have a real strict dress code or anything but does anyone else wear running tights instead of ballet tights?

Actually, most of the guys I danced with did that. Just double check with your teacher, ias long as she can see your lines, I don't think she's have problems with it

but as long as there the same color os ur ballet tights ..itll be fine:)

everyone does that at my friends ballet... well volleyball shorts anyways

not at my studio but you could wear just shorts

You don't "need" to wear tights at all. Its a good idea though. 1, your teacher needs to see your joints and how they are positioned. Sweat pants hides this and you lose out on good instruction. 2, tights preserve body heat to prevent muscle strains/pulls that lead to joint problems.

You may find, you like tights that are a nylon/lycra blend better. I know what you are saying and I don't like all nylon either.
