the 8 count every move has a 8 count. It really helps me out when trying to learn the moves.

You need section leaders if it's a larger group, and you also need to pick a routine that looks good, but everyone can do.

Costumes also need to look good on everyone if you plan on wearing them.

And solo's are good for the better dancers, to give them a challenge.
