go down as far as you can in each split (right, left, and center) for one minute EACH every day. you will become very flexible and will be able to do one quite soon, depending on your flexibility. ALWAYS STRETCH OUT FIRST or els eyou might pull a hamstring. DO NOT PULL YOUR HAMSTRING! trust me! DO NOT!

stretch every single day
as much as you can

You need to stretch as much as you possibly can. When you're watching TV, stretch. When you're reading or doing HW, stretch. You need to be slightly warmmed up before you stretch, though, so do jumping jacks or just run wildly around your hosue (yes, I have done this simply to warm up, lol).

Stretch in the splits position everyday. Also, eating healthy and drinking water. But by far the best thing to do is stretch

the only way you can learn (no matter what timeframe you do it in) is to stretch... as much as you can regularly.
