Question:i'm 15 and 5' 3", i've never been in Gymnastics and i only did cheerleading when i was 12. i can touch my toes easily (to show my flexibility) and i can dance pretty well.... if any of that matters.The 2 things i want to learn are:

1. Split... the more important one
2. Toe Touch... i've kinda got it... ish

well im in dance and just strech everyday for like 10-15 mins && youll your splits in 2-3 weeks=]]

i dont know about the toe-touches sorry
