Question:i am unflexible...i used to do ballet when i was alot younger but i gave it up and havent even attempted to do the splits since...im not extremely unflexible but i wud like to say that if some one who is extremely unflexible can eventually do the splits then i deffo can...all advice will be greatly appreciated

yes, very possible. I was very inflexible, but i stretched every single day and went down into the splits every day gettin lower and lower everyday. Now i can do them both ways! So yes stretch lots and you can do it! :)

yes. every day, stretch and go into ur split as far as u can go. do exercising every day, and every day, push urself a little more into ur splits. u will gradually go to the floor. hope i helped! ask me any other questions u have id b happy to answer them!

yea ull b able to split eventually... but be warned its not worth popping joints or tearing muscles in the process... i popped a joint or pulled a muscle yesterday (dont know yet) while splitting really quick onto the floor without much warm up. Now i cant train for atleast a month! I wish i knew better.
