I pulled my right leg muscle two months ago, and even now its not completely healed. Just yesterday while doing a complete split i pulled the right leg muscle just under the hip bone (buttocks) and heard all my hip joints crack!! Now im worried i cant do ne physical activity for a while if both my legs have sore muscles. Whats a safe way to recover quickly and completely ..masage/balms/stretching more etc?. Also should I not stretch while i give my legs time to recover/rest? thanks a lot for your answers. Same idea, split and heard a pop that sounded like when you crack you finger! I read on the internet about Tendons, Ligaments, Muscles. Best thing to do is NOT use it. I was trying to gently stretch it to keep the flexability, but it does make it worse. Something may be torn, needs time to heal, and it`s taking a LONG time! get some icy hot ointment. how about try 'Resting for a while' there's no way you can be stronger if you keep on getting yourself injured so it's better to just rest a lot and get back to taekwondo when you're better and try not to touch your aching part it just makes things worse. Take a hot bath Take a break from working out and give yourself some time to heal. Leg pulls such as your take a long time to heal. Stop stretching out till you feel better and then slowly start working the muscle out. Don't be impatient!!! |
