Question:Ok, I used to be able to do the splits, but i havent done it in forever, and now i cant do it! Im gonna keep practicing, and i stretch rele good before i do it, but how can i do it?

Try going as far down as you can and put pillows underneath you, staying in that position. The longer you do it the farther down you'll go. When you feel you can go down more, remove a pillow. But be gradual about it.

Do wall splits... Stretch in Jazz splits and yes keep practising
it does take time to get all your splits
Don't push too much though cuz u will injur urselfx

u kick ur leg up then just kinda fall and then smile and thts it!!!

Ok this worked for me when i did gym.
But it does take a while (not sure how long :P)
Sit in a straddle, (90 degrees or more) and toutch your toes. keep practising this.
then sit as if your about to dothe splits but have the back leg bent and the front straight. topoutch tht.
gently slid the back foot asfar as you can.

If you have gone through puberty since you last did splits, it might be more challenging cuz your pelvis changes. Don't do it too fast!!! Warm up first, make sure your muscles are warm, then gentle stretch (against the wall with someone pushing your back or down to the floor with the american splits) It is best to hold each stretch for 30 seconds. Then repeat. Do this every single day!!!!!! You cannot stop stretching or you will tighten back up. Give it time, good luck.

you just go down as far as you can go and hold it there for at least a minute. you have to make sure both of your legs are straight and once youre all the way down, make sure your hips are both facing front.

then you can put your front foot up on something (a stair, a couple books, etc.) to get your oversplits.

persevere, it is really easy to loose and regain your splits. Stretch everyday and it will eventually happen.
