personally, i love the song.

but i guess if you're looking for some more ideas, check out wade robson's I Question Mark. It's from his same project, but a little less techno-y and a bit more pop and lock type sounding. and even though it's rather popular and probably a bit too rap-ish for your liking, take a listen to oh timbaland by timbaland. the beginning has a really interesting piano bit and the rest could be pretty fun to choreograph too.

i don't know why you need a hip hop song (competition, audition, group fun, etc.) but another fun idea is take something completely un-hip hop-sounding and either add a beat to it. or dance to it as it is. Sounds weird- i know. but i have seen an impressive hip hop piece to a thousand miles by vanessa carlton. completely unconventional, but it was pretty outstanding. and yet another idea is to take something like a soundtrack piece and possibly make a mix with a modern hip hop or rap song.
