without seeing your foot, and going strictly by suggestion, i would say to give the bloch serenade and the bloch sonata a shot. they run wider through the ball of the foot and have pretty flexibile shanks. the bloch synergy also might work, as it bends more at the 3/4 point than the rest. good luck! get a professional fitting!!!

My feet are the same.

For pointe shoes I wold suggest Balance Bloch. Those were the best pointe shoes I ever had. Bloch's (in my experience) last a long time usually. I dance 4 days a week and so did my sister and we both used Bloch. The shoes lasted for about a year. Balance Bloch ballet shoes have a wider foot and if it is still not wide enough, you can ask for the next wider size. They are also not very expensive (which will help your mother a great deal!)
To help from sickling you need to semi-break in your shoes correctly. Fit them on you feet before sewing them and place you fingers where your arch is. Take the shoes off with your fingers still in place. Gently roll the place where your fingers are for an instant help or your arch. If you do NOT do this, it will break in the wrong way and make you feet look sickled. Don't try to break them in at home any more. Them the break in while at dance or your shoes will not last as long.

Balance Bloch!!
