try signing up for a class- that's what i did. two years ago i couldn't dance well at all. then i tried a hiphop class and a year and a half later i'm one of the best in my class. i was about your age, a girl, and a beginner. your dance teacher will help you with your stiffness and fluidity. the only way you're gonna learn is if you apply yourself and stay dedicated. once you start a class, practice your routines at home so that you can improve and perfect them. best of luck!

Try it while using alcohol......It will help loosen you up.

Ohhh **** your 14 nevermind....

watch dance videos!

hope this helps

Why don't you try signing up for dance classes those are usually helpful if you wanna learn how to dance.

look on google and browse through there. Maybe there will be a teacher there for you that is affordable

Just take a class, my friend sucks at hip hop and she takes it. Im not trying to be mean but even her taking classes she still sucks! Shes not committed to it, she doesnt practice. But, just take a class you might see improvement!!

well what you can do is stretch your muscles and dont think about your moves as much! Trust i'm 15 and Adv Int. (advanced intermediate) and usually wen people are stiff theore muscles are tnse and they're thinking too hard about the steps!

hope i helped!
