New pointe shoes, Solos?

Question:I recently got new Suffolk Solo pointe shoes and I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences dancing in them. They are the only kind of shoe that I have danced in over the years. Does anyone prefer other brands to Solos? Thank you in advance!

I personally didn't ever like Suffolks. Honestly, I really dislike them a lot. Along the same shape though, I always wore Gambas or Merlet Emprientes.

Marie Curtains are very square, if you are a begginner they are great.

Altes are easier to walk in.

and Gummoks are easy to twirl in.

Never heard of them, but you should also try Freed of London (top brand in the world!!!), Capezio, Grishko, and Russian pointes(wonderful!!!) Never Gaynor mindens though.
