Question:I have an important competition soon and I would like guide on what to eat.

It depends what you are trying to achieve. Are you trying to lose weight or wanting maximum energy and strength for the competition? In the few days leading up to comp I would eat the following.
Breakfast - Porridge with sultanas or Wholemeal Toast and Honey (both are good carbs, low GI, slow energy release)
Lunch - Wholemeal Meat and Salad sandwich
Dinner - Pasta with tomato based sauce and veggies, or rice or potato(again carbs for energy, not fries or chips)
Snacks - Fruit, yoghurt
Basically you want a balanced, low fat, good carbs diet for energy. Don't forget to drink plenty of water.

breakfast-fruit salad

snacks-bread with butter

breakfast-anything doesnt matter u need breakfast 2 start of your day

lunch-a sandwich or anything something that wont keep you full n feeling bloated make it healthy to and have energy

dinner-not a whole lot of food mostly something healthy

snacks- juice box,crackers, fruit

u dont want 2 be feeling all bloated and nasty when u compete stay in shape
then after the competition then u can eat like crazy lol

eat healty, but don't eat to much.

Breakfest- have some egg whites with milk it will fill you up and is healthy.Also don't forget maybe a little fruit.

Lunch-have either a ham or turky sandwhich or a friut bowl or both with some juice.

Dinner- Have some Chicken or Fish with some vegtables, and any drink.

snacks- have some fruits or vegtables.
