Question:old pointe shoes?? i've heard some good ideas for decorating with them but how??? like just hang them up somewhere? what do you do with your old shoes?

carefully placed, one or two on a bookcase along with other old items like a picture frame etc. can add color and intrigue to a room. Too many in a row I think is tacky.

Sell them on EBay!

you could put beads and sparkley stuff on them. i would decorate them, maybe paint them, then put them in a certain pose somewhere in my house where i would see them and remember all the places i walked in them and all the memories i had in them.

I kept mine from when I was younger and ended up using the ribbons and satin(cut off the shoe) as a way to scrapbook my old dance photos, it adds a unique addition to the page!
