Old School Ravers - where are you now?

Question:What happened to all those that used to go ut raving in the 90's? Are you all now grown up with sensible jobs and kids and giggle at your younger self? are you still listening to rave music and would love to go out dancing again? Do you dance around your living room at the weekend? Did we all grow up, did we want to? let me know if there are any OLD school ravers out there still living the dream?

They are still around! Ive met them here and there. And I married one, he'd definitely go to a rave, he says they still do their thing, I like the music a lot but Ive never been to a rave.

Old school and ravers is a contradiction of terms. It's not very old.

This all depends on which "ravers" your talking about....the real music people are still around and will always be here at the clubs and festivals.The ones who simply followed the scene because it was the new thing then turned to "brit pop" then "so solid crew" then whatever the Daily Star/Sun told them what was trendy that month. The drugs and smiley t-shirts were all a media circus..well maybe not the drugs as much....the djs, artists, and clubbers who it actually took in the atmosphere and watch it grow into the industry it is now are still in and around the scene one way or another. I'm not knocking anybody who went clubbing in the early 90's it was a great time,but the music and clubs are still there!!!!!!
