How to wear a leotard???

um, if you have a small chest and you are comfortable without one, than don't. it looks much cleaner. some studios are really strict about having nothing showing on the back, becuase it messes up the body alignment. thank god, mine wasn't. i wore a sports bra with mine when i danced even though i'm small busted becuase i felt more comfortable.

if you *need* a bra with it, buy one with a built in, cupped bra for maximum support, try an adhesive bra, or get a leotard that covers where the bra will show in the back.

if your studio doesn't mind a messy back, then wear whatever is comfortable for you.

there are special bras for it they kinda look like cups for your boobs but if you have a small bust than you really dont need one

Well lets just say it depends...

if you can, it is more traditional not to, but if you must for phyiscal activity you have to, just do what makes you feel comfortable. (if you do have to wear a bra try to get one that is not blatently visable when wearing your leotard ...same color, straps etc.)

With a leotard you don't usually wear a bra except if your extremely busty because they normal have something built in( like a shelf. They make dance underware so it doesn't show as much.

a lot of leos have built in bras, if not u can wear one with clear or skin colored straps. u can also get a leo with thicker straps or one with sleeves, that way u dont have to worry about it. at some studios the girls there dont care about bra straps showing, in that case u wouldnt hav to worry about it

I would say it depends on how big your chest is. If you're pretty flat, you probably don't need one. If you are kind of big, get one of the special ones for leos

Leotards look best without bras.
