Question:honestly i am quite good at them, i can easily do 14 and double out on my good side. but even when i'm flat i have trouble with hopping. i have a lot of trouble getting around.

if u have any tips to improve them please tell me.

make sure you have a good spot...also, make sure your head gets around the turn before the rest of your body. the "whipping" action will propel you around more cleanly.

additionally, a good preperation is always nessecary for a great turn. make sure your working leg stays turned out, from the hip, and maintain muscle control over it throughout the turn.

im sure you have heard this a million times, but spotting is amazing. when i started really concentrating on spotting i couldn't believe how many more fouettes i could do!! same with almost any other turns.

sorry i know youve heard that soooo many times but it really is good advice.

i can't even do 2 but i haven't learn them yet lol
