in general i'd have to say that hiphop is better for losing weight and breakin' is better for muscle building but it depends on various things that specific to you. i'd suggest doing both but if you only picked one, i'd pick the one you like better because then you'll be more motivated to improve where as if you didn't like it you might not want to practice as much. just practice regularly and myabe even do pushups/crunches/etc as well.

Which ever one you think you are better at do the opposite. SO you can improve your skill which will make you more fit. If you pick the one you are skilled at you won't need to work as hard at it , therefore not getting as good as a workout.

I'd have to say both, are really great workout and builds musclar abs. If you like doing flips and the snake move then you should go with break dancing. But if you like R&B then go with hip hop, hip hop is very fun! It's all of the recent new dance moves plus more! So go for it! :)

You should totally go for hip hop, you lose a lot more and get more abs. It's fun, cool and popular. You can find hip hop danicng almost anywhere it's totally urban! Haha! A lot of people I know do hip hop it almost never gets old.
