just simple, standard stretches such as touching you toes or straddles. obviously more than just those but you get the idea. for lifting your own weight, push ups, handstands, handstand push ups, one handed handstands (if you can do them... if not start learning now =)), headstands (not so much for arm strength but get used to them now), and even lifting weights can all help. i started out really weak and while it did make me learn things a little slower, you build up some of the muscles you need just by practicing. i'd suggest learning some basic freezes to get you used to holding up your weight in odd positions. breakin' is a lot of fun even though it can be hard at times. just don't give up. when you're ready too start learning, i'd suggest siging up for a class, finding some bboys/bgirls in you area that'd be willing to teach you, and/or check out http://www.bboy.org/forums or http://www.bboyzone.com ...both sites have good moves guides, tips for strengthening different muscle groups and background info relating to breakin'.

If you want to become flexible , you should try stretching everyday for at least 30 minutes. Even if you are just watching tv while doing the straddle. Trying to lift your own weight, that is easy just do hand stands up against a wall and do push ups, ( bend & extend you elbows )
