It depends on the type of dance. I don't know much about hip hop but I am taking ballroom lessons.

Sneakers of course, you should check out nike's models or some other, but it doesnt matter as much as the fact that they feel good to your feet and while ur moving.

u can get jazz trainers which are good coz u can bend your feet easily in them. bloch have them in all different colours and styles.
