Its Gladys Malvern, there is no ISBN code but was published in 1965 by WM. Collins Sons and Co.Ltd London and Glasgow.

The full title is;
Dancing Star, The Story Of Anna Pavlova.

Try searching for that and collins seagull library, as that is what my copy is!
