Well, I take ballet so I am goingto have to say:

Serenade for strings, in C major, Op. 48-Tchaikovsky

Or the waltz from swan lake...it's more on the fast side though.

I only found three good waltzes with this type.....

"May I Have This Dance" (Anne Murray)

"You Light Up My Life" (Debbi Boone)

"Weekend In New England" (Barry Manilow)

I assume you want Modern Waltz and not Viennese.
I love "Jessie" by Roberta Flack. I know there is a Dance CD version sung by someone else.
"3 times a lady" by Lionel Ritchie.
"Moonriver" from "Breakfast at Tiffany's".
