Sounds like you have a task on your hands :)

Does he wish to dance? If so what style of dance?

Some dance style are more suited to males and beginner dancers in particular. Can he start or hip hip or funk? Maybe even jazz ballet?

If he is shy or unsure can you start teaching him at home? Being in a dance class can be very confronting for a new male dancer.

He will need some breaks (maybe not every day) as he will have muscle soreness.

hope all this helps

... What kind of dancing?

And either way, learning something new requites devotion. If he isn't willing to do it everyday or even every other day then it's not worth it; they obviously don't want to know how that badly. :/

Like dancing with the stars on TV,stand with him in front of a door mirror or even a dresser mirror, turn on the radio to a station to music that you like first just to get him to see it's easy for you 'cause you practice your dance moves to the music beat you like than let him pick a station, song or cd he likes and start to 'buster 'move on'! Even if its like 2 or 3 steps move with rythem and a whole lot of smilin' and don't forget to keep encouraging him and how good he's doing than add another step for him to practice. Good luck and you are such a good hearted aunt! Happy New Year and dance the night away!

well show him music videos everyday and he well start to get move in his truck on the dump

Ask your nephew to watch youtube.com with you and share how the steps he sees on there can be easily broken down and that you can teach him. Tell him it doesn't matter if the moves are exact because everyone dances differently. Tell him his personality will show through and watch his self confidence rise.

If he has not rhythm - then don't bother.
