How do you get a date in time for the big dance??

Question:So there is this big dance at my school in a cuple of weeks and i want to go. It is a formal and my friend has a date and i want a date too. as u can guess i dont have one yet. How do u get one in short notice? i think there is a boy that is thinking about asking me and my friends definatly approve, but i think he is too shy to ask me. What should i do?

If you want to go with the boy, take a little initiative. Bring up the dance casually with him. Mention that you don't have a date. See how he reacts. Casually suggest that the two of you go together. If he says yes, great! Otherwise, you still have time to find another guy.

umm. not sure, but i think that you should drop little hints to that guy that you DO want to go to the dance with him. ex= talk to him about it and make sure you mention that you dont have a date yet. :) lol or just ask him out. SOmetimes guys like it alot when girl ask them out. lol!!
