Position:Home>Dancing> Okay to alternate between full and split sole ballet slippers?

Question:Can I do this without hurting anything? I don't see why it would, but I'm just making sure. I like my full soles because they make me work harder, and my new split soles just because I love them. I want to do some classes in split soles and some classes in full soles. Is this okay?

Full soles strengthen your feet because like you said, you have to work harder in them. Split soles look nicer on feet, but do not offer strengthening values. It would be a good idea to alternate in classes, and if you are really worried about it, you can always go and talk to your teacher.

Happy Dancing!

It won't kill you, I suggest you just stick to the split sole ballet slipper. It's mostly what all professionals use and wear. :) Switching back and forth is not good because your feet get used to the slipper, and it molds your foot. To keep things simple just grab hold on to one kind.

its OK but splitsoles are much better and comfy

it's totaly fine. y wud it matter anyways? the only part that doesnt have a sole is the arch and it won't affect the arch! trust me! i'm a dancer!

it wont hurt anything.. so i dont see why not...

i dont see why not, except for the fact that the slippers do mold to ur feet. i switched to split soles because i wasnt dancing as well in my full soles. i would never go back to full sole.

that won't do anything

thats a fabulous idea, and you have gotten the point i try to get my customers to realize daily. great job!
