It depends on what you want to make it out of. I personally would go check out my local costume or party store for something less expensive. For something more substantial I would get in touch with a metal worker. You can email me if you need more help then this.

Well my dance school makes theres by first making the whole thing in wire and then wrapping ribbon around it and adding lots of beads and such.
