ok this one is hard to explain... your talking about a toe roll up right? well i hope so lol! i just got them, and when you get them you will have them forever (they will become REALLY easy)

okay you dont actually have to start on your belly, you can start on your knees (like standing up on them not sitting on your heels)! put your arms forward and thrust them back (in a circular motion)

while doing this sit back on your heels and push your knees up! while doing this think about straightening your legs! this should help!

eek i think i know what you're talking about. i hurt myself last time i tried and i havent tried since but i've been thinking about putting in a routine i'm working on. i can roll over my ankles to go down and i know you use the same form. one thing you definitely want to make sure you do is keep your hips forward. if you dont you can really injure yourself ( like i did.) make sure you get plenty of momentum or you'll only get part way up and, you guessed it, hurt yourself.

along with the tips from the other people. you should get it in no time =]
