there's this thing called the frog, and it helped me a lot. lay down on the floor on your stomach. and turn out your legs and lift them until your feet touch. then thats where your current turn out is. now get someone to stand behind you and slowly push your feet to the ground. but the one big thing is to make sure your hips are always on the floor and you dont arch your back.

ive got REALLY x982370129348 bad, stiff and clanky hips.
my orthopaedic told me to do yoga and its getting better now - no more popping out of joints on accidental!

plus, it improved my flexibility overall.

I am extremely inflexible, even though ive been dancing my whole life. I found sitting in the butterfly stretch while watching tv can really make a difference.

-try rotating ure hips in a figure 8.
-try turning out ure feet coming 4um ure hips.
-lay on the floor and put ure legs up, then spread ure legs open 2 the sides (so it looks like ure doing the splits on ure back) then hold it 4 a while.
-lay on ure back and take one knee in ure hands and bring it 2 ure chest and rotate it until u feel a stretch in ure hips and hold it there. repeat with the other leg
