However, I looked up The Art Institute of Atlanta and Savannah College of Art and Design and they do NOT have a dance program. Savannah's "Performing Arts" program is essentially a theatre program. Of the 11 programs listed above, only Brenau University and University of Georgia offer BFA degrees as compared to BA or BS degrees. If you're aiming for a performing career, the BFA is the better degree to pursue. But none of these programs have a national reputation, so I don't know anything about them except what is written in the Guide. The Art Institute of Atlanta is one, Savannah College of Art and Design is another. I have a friend in dance at this college and she says it's an amazing program.
