Without expensive, time consuming lessons, how can I learn to dance?

Question:I'm a stereotypical white boy with no rhythm... I'm seeing a girl who LOVES to dance! She says it's not a big deal... But, I know it really is... I would love to just blow her away one night on the dance floor.. I know this isn't something that will happen overnight... But ,I'd like to learn something within a few weeks... Considering I'm the worst dancer ever, Is this possible? What are some basic, modern, and classic dances I can learn? Both slow and fast. How can I learn them?

Watch the movie "Mr Bean's Holiday", he's got some pretty good moves that maybe you can pick up and in no time you'll be a modern day 'Fred Astaire'. Good Luck.

how good at dancing is your gf? If you think she is good ask her to help you. it will not allow you to blow her away on the floor but it will get you both dancing and also give you some good time together.

Watch Napoleon Dynamite in slow motion over and over again, and just practice your sweet moves. Then unleash them when she least expects it! She'll think you're AWESOME!

well if you mean stuff like the soulja boy for modern than go to you tube and watch videos. others you may wanna kno r the 2 step and the lean wit it rock wit it. for basic if you mean just like random slow dancing if you do not think about it you will do fine so just do what she does(no that is not letting her lead cuz if you didnt kno ur hands go on her hips) and if for classic you mean the electric slide ask ur mom. im not kidding. they do that stuff at weddings all the time so she may kno or again go to youtube(im a little obsessed with it... cant ya tell?) and just put on some of ur fave music in ur room and go for it!!!!!!!
