There are ballroom and latin classes at the University of Kent on the Canterbury campus in the Eliot Dining Hall.

I've just checked and you don't need to be a student to join in, however you need to be a student to be able to compete on the University circuit on behalf of the university.

The classes run on Tuesday evenings every week during term-times in Eliot Dining Hall. The times are:

Latin 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Ballroom 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Free practice 9.30pm - 11.00pm

The class prices are as follows:
Latin - ￡25 per academic term
Ballroom - ￡25 per academic term
(You get to go to every Tuesday class every week when it's term-time for the above price) (and you get the practice session free if you join in one of the classes)
