Stephen King's "The Shining".....I'm only wondering because I bought it a few days ago, and I hear people are saying it's way scarier than the movie. Anyone read it?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Read the book. Forget the movie. Read it in the dark with just a reading lamp. (Be afraid be very afraid.) I've read this book several times and it can still give that "look over your shoulder feeling" After The Stand this is my favorite King book.
