Or you could get into drama now - join a local drama class and try to get into Stage School. After school and college, apply for the Police Force - do your training and get qualified. You can do Amateur Dramatics on the side and do plays etc in your spare time - should a big part come your way, you then decide which out of the two professions you prefer.

Practically, the Police Force is a more stable job, good money and prospects, however, it is tough mentally and physically some times. Acting can be enjoyable too, however, it can mentally drain you working so many long hours and getting involved in your characters and roles can take its toll. Also, acting is not a stable profession unless you get a lucky break and become successful.
