Need help on learning how to use photoshop cs 2 and illustrator cs 2?

I just got these 2 programs and know very little about them I did a google search for free tutorials and got back tons of results does any of you people who have a experience using these 2 programs help a beginner find some good sites so I can learn. I found developing webs.net which I think was good for photo shop any others that are really good? Please help
