Does anybody here think that not allowing "All-Caps" in a question is ludicrous and absurd?

(How could that be considered offensive shouting, if we're inoffensively writing the questions, and silently reading the words...?!?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I DON'T CARE HOW ANYONE WRITES....FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION......AND ID RATHER HAVE SOMEONE SHOUTING WITH LETTERS THAN WITH VOLUME.
