Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: It may be a little difficult in Plymouth...London and at a push manchester are the best places for acting.

There is a book you can look at in the Library, it's called "Contacts" and it lists all of the acredited agencies and managers in the U.K. You may find that the ones in Plymouth are more like club performers agencies...for singers or club acts like comedians.

If you are young and untrained, I would suggest that you join a youth theatre...again ask at the library for info on your local group...If you are serious about acting as a career...then you need to live in London. Find out about the acredited colleges in Contacts,
