Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I can't find my recipe for that one but I made it once for a project and it worked great. I'm pretty sure this is it off the top of my head. Water (1/2 cup) - Food Color (your choice of color) - Cornstarch ( pretty sure it was 4 Tablespoons). I stirred it up in a bucket and put it in some plastic spray bottles from wal-mart that come empty. Let me know if it works.
