Why people have yet to not rebel against the too controlling government?

Why people have yet to not rebel against the too controlling government?

They are out numbered yet, they degrade us, rape us, and take more life necessities from us than for us, and still, we keep allowing it to continue?
In all scientific studies, this answer is not probable, rebellion should have occurred by now statistically.
What's putting it off?
And what techniques do you think they are using to keep things in their heavy control?
