Does Sirius Black have a middle name?

In dynasty families like the Blacks, children are usually named for prominent ancestors. Sirius Black is actually the third Black by that name, according to the Black family tree found in HP Lexicon. So, we can assume middle names would be dealt with in the same way. Perhaps "Phineas" after his great-something-grandfather, a headmaster at Hogwarts, or "Orion" after his father, or "Cygnus" after his uncle, father of his cousin Bellatrix (Lestrange.)
