Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Depending on the character I'm auditioning before, I will slightly get into character. For example, if I'm auditioning to be the "braniac" I'll have my hair in a smart-bun that braniacs have a lot. If I'm auditioning for a shy, timid girl, I'll put my hair a little in front of my face. If I'm auditioning for a popular, spoiled rich brat, I'll wear something up-class that day. So for the most part, I dress casually but make slight changes to adjust to the character.
