In photoshop 7 and/or photoshop cs2 is their a way to get "photo effects" as there is in photshop elements 5

from photshop elements 5...examples of this include "old paper" "rubber stamp" how do you do it?are there many steps, or is there a simple easy way, as there is in elements?? what are the steps?

for similar effects, possibly by maually editing for same effects, for other presets in 5, like animation or photo album add-ons, those may need other plugins like image ready,
