Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Most do, if you buy a DSLR that has the capability of shooting in RAW format, it will come with a RAW reader but the level of editing you can do is very limited with such programs. My nikon D80 came with a program called nikon picture project, which is a good photo viewer but does not get into anything more in depth than white balance and some color enhancements. They are perfect for those on a budget who want to make subtle corrections. For anything more complicated, you'll have to get photoshop.
